Nalanda Social Charitable Trust Donation Refund Policy.
At Nalanda Social Charitable Trust , we value the generosity of our donors and are committed to ensuring transparency and accountability. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions and procedures for requesting refunds for donations made to our trust.
Refund Eligibility.
- Accidental Donations: If you have accidentally donated an incorrect amount or made a duplicate donation, you may be eligible for a refund.
- Unauthorized Donations: If you notice unauthorized donations from your account, please contact us immediately to investigate and process a refund if applicable.
- Donation Errors: If there was an error in the donation process, such as an incorrect amount charged or a technical issue, you may request a refund.
Refund cases:
Case 1 :
Double transaction or wrong amount entered: –Request mail required to be sent to admin@nalandasocialcharitabletrust.org mail ID with a valid reason. After verifying the details of the transaction and justifying the reason with respect to the gift acceptance policy, the amount as received is refunded and the transaction charges shall be borne by the concerned donor. The said process completes within 7 working days of the date on which ‘the request mail’ has been received.
Note:- Once the refund is approved the amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 10 days
Case 2
If any transaction is cancelled by the user during the processing period and the amount is not credited to the account of the Nalanda Social Charitable Trust but has been debited from the user account:- Nalanda Social Charitable Trust is not at all responsible for a refund for the same. The matter has to be resolved by the user with their bank/merchant. The Organization shall resolve the matter up to the extent of its limit. For this, the donor is kindly requested to email their concern to NSCT at admin@nalandasocialcharitabletrust.org.
Note:- All type of Refund will claim with in 24 hrs or transction.
